How we test

We trial every tool against the same real coaching workflows — onboarding a client, selling a package, running between-session accountability — then say plainly who it fits and who should skip. We re-check tools as pricing and features change.

How we stay honest

When you start a paid plan through one of our partner links, Coachtoolery collects a small referral fee. It funds our testing and never changes our picks or the order we present them. We don't use invented scores or a fake “best overall”.

Pricing claims

We describe pricing qualitatively — the model, not the exact number — and link back to each vendor, because plans change often. Always confirm the latest at the source before buying.
