Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026.
This policy explains what personal data Coachtoolery (https://coachtoolery.com) collects and how it is used, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is BELTEGOZ EURL (a single-member limited liability company (EURL), share capital €5,000), 6 rue d'Entraigues, 37000 Tours, France. For any privacy request, contact contact@coachtoolery.com.
What we collect
Coachtoolery is a content website. We keep data collection to a strict minimum:
- No account, no forms. We do not ask you to register and we do not run contact or newsletter forms, so we do not collect names, emails or similar details from you.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. The site does not set cookies on your device. See our cookie policy.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to deliver the site. This is standard hosting log data, retained for a limited period.
- Search statistics. We use Google Search Console to monitor how the site performs in Google Search and to submit our sitemap. It reports aggregated search data from Google's side; it does not place any tracking on this website and does not identify individual visitors. We run no on-site analytics.
Fonts and third parties
Web fonts are self-hosted on our own infrastructure — no font request is made to Google or other third parties, so your IP address is not shared for fonts.
Affiliate links
Some links lead to third-party vendors through affiliate programs. When you click such a link and visit a vendor's site, that vendor becomes responsible for any data it collects (including its own cookies), under its own privacy policy. We only receive aggregate, non-identifying information about referrals (for example, that a sale occurred), not your personal details.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the limited technical data above to operate and secure the website and to understand aggregate audience trends. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website, and — where applicable — your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact contact@coachtoolery.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if we introduce analytics or other features). The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
